Not sisters...just very defensive of my hapless cookware. A friend of mine described a scenario where an uninitiated newlywed wife took oven cleaner and steel wool to her new husband's skillets "because they were all black, so she cleaned them like new."

well I've 1 pan (teflon) and 7 teapots (metal, porcelain, stoneware, glass), should be enough. I guess teflon teapots are a Canadian invention...

only one and multi-purpose? yet you compare lab work with cooking? so you use the same tray for staining your gels and assembling your sandwich....and yes, teflon is one of the greatest canadian inventions.....
