Zumba is great fun but genuinely quite hard exercise if you really throw yourself into it. I actually think it's probably an acceptable replacement for circuit training in many respects! If you're looking for relatively intense cardio, I would recommend it. If you want something a bit slower paced, Zumba might not be right for you. You should try a session anyway, even if you end up in dripping heap on the floor at the end, it's enjoyable

I had a friend who used to go to zumba every tuesday for 1 or 2 hours and she seemed to enjoy it. some people were really crazy about it and even bought zumba-related shirts.
