gripping
Did U take any medicine, LiL-san?
I have already thought of going to some ortho hospital nearby. I will need some physio for this. I didn't have so much pain till Sunday, I remember. I was doing FCM and could change the tubes with left hand. Since yesterday, I am having this bad pain when I move my left arm. I took a NSAID this morning but doesn't seem to do any good. I am not quite sure about visiting a doctor here. I speak little Japanese and docs here don't speak at all (not even Japanese ) Last time I took a friend to a doc for ear infection, doc hardly spoke a few words and the medicines given are not even labelled.

there must be someone who can help translate for you.
i don't think that taking the pain meds will actually help the problem.
griping
Yep, I took NSAIDs this morning and last night- but no joy...then the strength of them here leaves much to be desired. I suspect I"m feeling dehydrated, so I'm trying to drink more fluids and see if that helps.
How about a hot bath to ease the pain?- it might help relax the muscles on your shoulder, or just visit the nearest Chiropractor you'll probably get a faster response...or the nearest BIC or Yodobashi camera and sit in the massage chair for free and see if that helps
V- Thesis writing is never good for your back, but I hope you get some help to sort your problems
problem
@V3 : it is not the translation; but they jst refuse to speak. Or, may be they are shy/scared of speaking to me; but I hear the same from others also (even Japanese).
@ LiL: Last Friday was the first time I ever sat in one of those chairs when I was waiting for my friend at the gym I have been going recently. Hot bath will certinly help but I need some physio. I will go later today or tomorrow. Till then I have been doing my own mobility exercise. Now, going to do 40 tubes of FCM. Left arm will get a lot of work to do C U later!
solved

sunscreen: as a person who lives in the skin cancer capital of the world (and who has to see a dr every 6 months for a mole inspection, and has a "keep an eye on it" mole ) you will not peel when i'm around, little missy.
existentialist
I'm in good company then
but V, are you also one of these sun worshippers? Btw, it was +34 degrees here today.....and they came out in droves...
