I am good today - missed morning meeting - I thought it was cancelled - thanks to my Japanese email reading skills. Next week's was the one that was cancelled. Ok, I accept, date was readable
weather is very good today. Sunny, warm 11C with broken clouds.
This year's b'day is over and now waiting for next month's. I still have not gotten the gift I had always wished for . . may be next year. (venting)
And, how are U, LiL-san. U still have to give details of your trip.

I"m sleepy today, I got my bike out for the first time this year and tried to cycle to work, but discovered my back tire was actually flat...
Its sunny and nice here (around 7C), but snow tomorrow.
What is the gift you always wish for? I'm curious now....
Anyway, my trip- I didn't get to see anything of Bangkok except airport and hotel on account of some people in red shirts having a "small" demonstration.
The Island where we were was very under developed so was really nice, white sand and blue/turquoise sea. I went scuba diving and elephant riding too.
fairy.
was this the first time U rode on an elephant? Scuba diving must have been fun. I am a bit afraid of water.
And my b'day wish has always been ticket to Paul McCartney's concert - I know its never gonna happen but is just a wish.
goblins
Yes, the first time touching, feeding and riding an elephant.
The scuba diving was fantastic- it was on a coral reef so I saw loads of fish of all colours and types. including sea cucumbers (of the Namako dish)
