hello everyone. hey lil, finally yesterday i went for a walk in town. it seems bigger somehow from the station it's very nice though!
so what's the best way to do the hadrian's wall walk?
comes earlier every year
Hi TJ- Hadrians wall- the whole thing? or just a section?
The best direction to walk is West to East- with the wind, so probably taking a train to Newcastle and then onto Carlise would be the best starting place. There is a bus the AD102 that runs along the length of the wall from newcastle/Hexham if you wanted to use that instead.
easy come easy go
a section to do in one day? i'm having a look at hexam. seems not too far from here...
easy does it
The nicest section to walk is probably once brewed to housesteads- there's a circular walk you can do around there.
If you type in once brewed circular walk into google- you should get a good pdf link to the walk details- its around 7 and half miles- brilliant views
