Hi,
I'm trying to inhibit a stock strain of wild-type Saccharomyces with cycloheximide.....but am unsure what concentration to use. Does anybody know of a resource i can use, or what concentration is commonly used? Thanks Mattbat |

Matt - the levels I've used are ~ 0.5g/liter.

Saw (old) paper (http://jb.asm.org/cgi/content/abstract/86/5/956 ) reporting apparent cycloheximide induction of petite variant of related species.
