siRNA Cloning method - (May/01/2006 )

Hi, I am working on spreading of gene silencing in transgenic plants. My new project is to clone the small RNA fractions of the silenced plants. For this I am looking for one detail protocol to clone the small RNA/ siRNA. Can anybody provide me one detail protocol to clone siRNA?
