crosslinking of protein and generate antibody - (Jan/17/2013 )

Has anyone tried to crosslink 3-4 proteins and inject in mice or rabbit?

what is the use of the generated antibody? I'm curious. Does it bind to all the proteins?

I also don't know. It should not bind . I was wondering if somebody has tried generating antibody against a complex. I asked this question in another thread also-

As chelo mentioned that it has been done, I dint find any publication on that. And as crosslinkers are available to capture the protein interactions. I was thinking is it possible to generate antibodies for two proteins by crosslinking them?
