Low pH Native gel - (Aug/23/2001 )
I have a protein with a pi of 8.4. This is close to the pH of the gel and the protein hangs at the beginning of the gel. If I make the pH of the gel much higher, it wont buffer and and the protein will still not run. Does anyone know a protocol for a low ph native gel?
