hello, deer friends . we know that H1 promoter is derived from human cells ,so Can the RNAi vector with H1 promoter be used to transfered to mouse cells? thank you very much , i wish your reply.

Which H1 vector you are using now?
You can refer to the supplier for that H1 vector for details.

Normally speaking, it should work in mammalian cells.

At least pSUPER and pTER seem to work in my hands.

The H1 promoter should work in mouse cells as well. I am using an H1-driven vector as well and the manual specifies that this promoter works in all mammalian cells.
