sense, antisense? - In situ hybridization (Aug/25/2005 )
Can anybody give me a full explaination on how to determine whether Sp6 or T7 is antisense or sense in a particular ISH? What i am confused about which strand that Sp6 and T7 actually bind to on the Vector when they are making the probe?

that is base on the direction your taget fragement insert into the vector!
