hi. just want to ask recipe for preparing gel loading dye. cost cutting... we have bromophenol, edta and tris and otehrs ... thats why i just want to prepare it on my own insted of buying. I just want to ask how much of each? in terms of volume. How many ml of this, how many ml of that. thanks

Loading dye for protein or dna.

Agarose gels or acrylamide.

Denaturing or non-denaturing gels.
