what's the best system to get siRNA into a cell? suggestions - (Aug/17/2005 )

i'm new to working with siRNA and am trying to put together a protocol. a labmate suggested the invitrogen lipofectamine kit...any other suggestions? thx

GenCarrier-1 is routinely being used in our lab and shows very consistent results on siRNA silencing on various cell types and extreme low IFN effect.
It is the best one we have in hands. In addition, siRNA sequence is another big factor!
