How to resuspend Tamoxifen powder? - (Aug/10/2005 )

hi,
I've just got in some Tamoxifen (99%), and am going to resuspend it. Was told to use water, but it's insoluble in it. Saw a paper using tamoxifen citrate resuspended in PBS, would this be ok? What about ethanol? HELP!!!! How do i resuspend this stuff?

Tam is quasi insoluble in water and solutions of citrate salts are saturated at 0.3 mg/l...
prefer to dissolve in EtOH 100% at 10 mg/ml as for OH-Tam
DMSO is also used...
these stock solutions are stored at -20C for some months
