Hello. Has anyone worked with Cleaved Activated Notch antibody or the unmasking solution, Trilogy, from Cell Marque? I am having problems with background and could use some assistance.

I have not used this antibody particularly but can probably give you other ideas to get rid of background if you want to share your protocol.
