DNA extraction trouble! - (Jul/27/2005 )

I have precipitated plant genomic DNA by using the KAC and isoprophyl alcohol. After precipitation and washing with 70% ETOH, the DNA was disolved in TE. However, some samples have some white particles which can not be disolved. What is wrong with these samples? Thanks!

I think you don't have to worry about this. Just Spin down and save the supernatant.
