RNA for microarray - (Oct/05/2001 )

Hi,I am new to the DNA array work.Could somebody please tell me which is best kit to use for mRNA isolation from cells and what should the amount of mRNA to start with.Can I start with total cellular RNA and what should be the amount ?Thanks in advanceSuparna Dutt

Try one of the Qiagen's mRNA isolation kits (http://www.qiagen.com). You can directly isolate your mRNA directly from your cells or from total RNA.
