First generation adenovirus Protocol - Protocol (Jun/29/2005 )

Hi all, I am planning to amplify some first generation adenoviruses. I have no experience regarding the same. It will be really helpful if someone can forward me a relatively easy protocol or suggest a kit. I found a protocol that requires spinner cells. It will be much easier to work with adherent cells since we dont have the rotating system in our lab. Also let me know your opinion about the adeasy system from Stratagene or their Ad-293cells(E1A transfected).

i know phoenix cells that are Hek293 cells.
