Cloning a big insert - insert size (Jun/14/2005 )

What is the maximum insert size you successfully cloned into a commercial bacterial vector (e.g. pGEM Teasy, TOPO vector)? Which vector did u used for this procedure?

I cloned a 11kb insert in pUC18. I think the maximal length should be around 15 kb...
