I need an EMSA protocol - (Oct/05/2001 )

I need a reliable EMSA protocol. If anyone has one it would be greatly appreciated.

Just try an old protocol, works most of the time for me, espcially as a start point.You might have to alter binding conditions etc when you are looking for more specific protein binding and doing supershifts though.
