Volatge problem - (May/30/2005 )

HI everybody, maybe you can help me...

I'm trying to set up a CBS DGGE system and when i try to run the gels I only achieve a voltage of 10-20 V (with the recommended 40 mA). The buffer i'm using is 1x TAE and the temperature 60ºC... any idea of which could be the problem?

i faced a similar problem once. was solved by preparing the buffer freshly.
