Expected DNA extraction yield from tissue - (May/05/2005 )

I'm performing DNA extraction from cod muscle. I would like to know the expected DNA yield.

Probably depends on the method you use. I extract DNA from mouse tails using a kit made by Gentra and I usually get between 60-80 ug of DNA from just a little bit of tail.
