DNA ladder for total RNA integrity test? - (Apr/24/2005 )

After i have isolated the total RNA which DNA ladder should i use to run the gel? How can i prepare that ladder after i have bought it to run the gel?

Frankly speaking, I don't agree that you use DNA ladder to estimate the size of RNA . Migration of dsDNA and ssRNA in gel is not comparable. You should use RNA ladder. When you purchase a RNA ladder, the information sheet will instruct you how to dilute it. It is really depent on product.
