Rt-qPCR: Anti-logged? - (Apr/23/2005 )

It says; "Adjusted average Ct values are used to calculate the average of the biological replicates, and then the delta Ct (Ct target gene – Ct target control) is calculated between those groups. This number is anti-logged to calculate fold change."

What does it mean with anti-logged and how can i make it? huh.gif

Thanks.

The protocol i asked is one i have found in the net and i want to use it for calculating, but i have problem in getting the meaning of it. sad.gif
