Hi,
I was wondering if anyone knows if there is a picture, or powerpoint, out there that could quickly (maybe one page) explain how real time pcr works to a layman.
google images is not my friend today.
not after details, just a pretty picture with bright happy colours.

It lists all the types of chemistries for qPCR and how they work. Have a lot of diagrams explaining real time PCR as well.
