About the maleic acid buffer - Maleic acid buffer can be autoclave? (Apr/15/2005 )

I want to make the Maleic acid buffer(0.1M maleic acid, 0.15M NaCl pH 7.5)

However, I don't know that can be autoclave.

Anybody knows about that?

Also, I want to know which buffer can or can not autoclave...

Actually you can search in the net about this buffer. Usually there are protocols for making it and they also tell you if you have to autoclave or not. If you are unsured about it then maybe filtering is an option. Use a o.22um filter.
