PCR question - (Apr/05/2005 )

I do semi-quantitative PCR. When I take aliquots of my reaction, I see some precipitate at the bottom of my reaction tube. blink.gif What does it mean? Is it because there is too much DNA in my tube at the beginning
Thank you for response.

hello

what your reaction mix?

-lula-

A standart reaction. I haven't change the proportion. Just that my DNA comes from preimplantation embryos.

i didnt deal with perimplantation embryo DNA before

i think tha preceptation means something is not properly disolved ,,,could

the DNA ,,im not sure
