Plasmids in eluting buffer - (Mar/24/2005 )

Mini/maxi prep of plasmids are stored in the elution buffer. I wonder when i use these plasmids for further working like sequencing or PCR should i first purify them from this eluting buffer or can i use them directly in this buffer?

for sequencing plasmids, i purify them and resuspend them in ddH2O. I use an amersham kit for that, but maybe your sequencing facilities are ok when resuspending in TE?
