About CD4+CD25+ isolation - (Feb/24/2005 )

I want information regarding CD4+CD25+ isolation by Magnetic Beads. Is there anybody knows about this isolation by magnetic beads as i am facing some problem in this isolation.

yes, we (and many people here) do routinely isolate specific cellular populations or deplete cellpopulation of specific parts with magnetic beads (in my case from miltenyi). if you could be more precise with your question, maybe we can help!
