Western Blot Loading Control - (Feb/11/2005 )

I am looking for a loading control for a western blot that is well above or below 50 KDa. Actin is to close to my bands to be a loading control, and I am looking for my protein in skin.

Any suggestions????

you can use the well known p53 protein or the TBP protein (Tata Box Binding Protein).

tubulin? not really sure if that'll work.
