Natural Killer cells - (Feb/11/2005 )

Hi,
Would anyone give me an indea about the role of natural killer cells in Cancer. How can it be used in cancer therapy?
I would also like to know about the difference between Natural killer cells and Natural killer T cells.

I am at the first time in this forum. I would like to help you about your question, because I do some experiments in NK cells and tumor immunity in my laboratory.
NK cells do not have CD3 molecules on their surface, but NKT cells have it.
