Where I find hTert and Tsv40 genes - Stable mammalian transfection (Feb/08/2005 )

Hello
I search 2 genes for mammalian cell immortalization. One is the antigen T gene of sv40 virus the other one is the catalytic part of the human telomerase (htert) gene.
thank for your help

are you seraching for the nucleotide-sequences of thes genes, or do you want to have the nucleic-acid itself?

the sequences should be available in public databases such as

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/entrez/query.fcgi?db=Nucleotide

with that knowledge, the nucleic-acids of these genes themselves should be more or less easy to amplificate by PCR out of the respective material....

I wanted the gene in plasmid/vector for eukaryotic cell transfection or electroporation.
