Immunoprecipitate protein from tumor tissue - (Jan/28/2005 )
I am trying to immunopricipitate cdk4 and ckd1 enzyme from tumor of colon cancer generated in SCID mice. This experimentation was carried almost 4 times, but I never get similar results as that I get with in-vitro experiments, I mean to say that the treated vs untreated does'nt show variation which is seen with same cell cultred in vitro. What is suggested
