phastgels for Western blotting - (Jan/28/2005 )

Hi

I'm using the phastsystem for western blotting and I'm having problems with getting the gels of the plastic back when sampling the sandwich. When I'm using 7,5 % homogenous gels they are too soft and won't get of in one piece. Does anyone have a suggestion? Would freezing the gels for a short time be a good idea?

Did you get any informations about your gels problem ? We have got Phast System too but I really don't know how to start wester on it. Could you help me a little?
