Alignment tool - (Jan/17/2005 )

Hi,

I am preparing a manuscript for publication, I want to find a good alignment and denotion tool to alignment the protein animo acid sequence. Are there some one here familar with some good tool?

"bioedit" is a solid tool for all kinds of alignments (and many other things). best of all, it's freeware, so maybe you want to try. if that's not what you sought, perhaps you could ask the guys in the bio-informatic forum.
