Has any body tried the EMSA with Silver Staining - (Dec/27/2004 )

How about use silver staining to detect the EMSA?

I once thought about doing it, but the problem is that you would keep seeing the shifted band all the time when you displace it with specific or nonspecific "cold" oligos. I suppose you could see the shifted band and a supershift, so if you only want to see that it should be OK.
