RT Question using superscript III RT - How many units per 20ul rxn of RT? (Dec/09/2004 )
Just wanting to know how many units are regularly used for a 20ul rxn with 1ug of Total RNA- kit recomments 200U but this seems rather excessive to me- THX- AC
