primer purification - search method for primer purifying (Jan/05/2002 )

I'd like to desalt primer (20 to 50 mer)
but I have very small volumes
Help needed

Precipitate in 95% EtOH, wash 2X in 70%

I already use this but it concentrates some salts

Why is it a problem with this little salt?
