how to efficiently transfect macrophage cell line? - (Dec/03/2004 )
I am going to transfect macrophage cell line, J774A.1 or RAW264.7 with one protein. As I know the transfection efficiency for macrophage was low, which also was proved by our experiment. When we use the pcDNA3.1 vector and lipofectine from Invitrogen, just few cell if any was transfected everytime. I wonder whether there are some efficient method to transfect macrophage. Thank you in advance.
