affinity chromatography - sepharose and agarose (Dec/01/2004 )

dear everyone who expert in protein purification

I am confuse .... what is the differences between glutathione agarose and glutathione sepharose

I am very grateful for somebody that can help me

Agarose and sepharose is the material the baeds are made of.
I think agarose is from Sigma, whereas sepharose is Amersham,... but pratically it's the same, though I personel prefer sepharose as they are easier to see...
