PCR screening cDNA library - (Mar/14/2002 )
Hi,
Are there anybody out there have a detail cDNA library (lambda ZAP vector) screening protocal using PCR ? How much library should be used ( titer: 1.4 x 10e10 pfu after one apmlification )? How many sets of primers and how big size of products are optimum ?
