Hi. Im trying to seperate monomeric, dimeric and polymeric IgA by native page but just end up with a smear. Any suggestions to clean it up? .....please?
Alternatively, does anyone have any suggestions as to how I can tell what relative concentrations I have of each in my mixed prep(mono v poly etc)?

Why not try a gel-filtration?
