website with videos of molecular biology - does anybody know of good ones (Jan/08/2009 )

Hi all,

Does anybody have any recommendations for websites containing videos which could be used in presentations showing aspects of molecular biology

I know youtube has quite a few videos on DNA replication, translation and transcripotion and i could use them but i need something showing transfection taking place

For example does anyone know of a site that has videos showing the transfection of cells by a plasmid within a liposome carrier like lipofectamine or one of the other simlar products, such as Fu-gene

I have to give a presentation to a non-scientific crowd where basic aspects of science could be overwhelming therfore i think a video showing some of the aspects of my work would be ideal

Ideally i would like to create my own video but i wouldnt even know where to begin with that!
