Protein isolation by Trizol - (Jan/08/2009 )

Hello,

the protocol for Protein isolation using Trozol requires a speed vac. ufrotunately we don't have anything like this. Is it also possible to dry the pellet under nitrogen?

Using speed vac only speeds up the process.
I guess...
When we didn't have it or din't have opportunity to use it at a time, we used to dry the pellet up simply in the lab, using no special equipment.
