How to speed up the polyaccralamide destaining processes?????

Increase temperature.

I usually use colloidal coomassie and destain using just water, in dryer set to 50-70 deg.C. Tried microwave (750W) for few minutes but didn't work that good as some people say...

If you're not already doing so - add a balled up tissue in the solution. It gradually pulls the stain out of solution and helps the destaining go faster. Change frequently.
