What kind of cells is it? - need which counterstain? (Dec/12/2008 )

Dear all,
I have perform a IHC on human brain (hippocampus) and I would like to know what kind of cells is it. Is that any counterstain that would stain a specific type of cells?(e.g. Holzer stain or GFAP for astrocyte?) I am not a histologist and have no idea what I should be looking for ^__^" Thank you very much.
