Complete mitochondrial depolarization needed - (Dec/06/2008 )
Dear Forum users,
please could you advice me how to reach complete mitochondrial depolarization in living cells? I am trying antimycin and rotenon but they are shining red with JC1 as control.

FCCP will do it, rotenone and antimycin only inhibits electron transport chain
