How to solve Ammonium acetate - (Dec/01/2008 )

i want to prepare 10M Ammonium acetate solution in 100ml.
i add 77.08g of Ammonium acetate in beaker and add 15 ml of water. the total volume was 100ml and Ammonium acetate
didn't solve. can anyone help me
