Anyone doing DNA extraction from fruits pulp ?
What protocol does you all use/??

I'd suggest you try AquaRNA. Add 1 volume of AquaRNA solution to your fruit pulp, homogenize, spin down debris, precipitate DNA/RNA from the supernatant with either isopropanol or AquaPrecipi, if isopropanol precipitation gives you too much fruit pigments.

is there anyway we can use the conventional way to extract from it ?
My problem here is the highly viscousity of the pellet..
Sorry but I will need time to order that AquaRNA.
