Double SiRNA trasfection - (Nov/05/2008 )

HI all,
i want to determine the effect of knocking down 2 genes simultaneously by sirna(smart pool from dharmacon). i think its practically possible, but what controls should i take and how shall i monitor the transfection efficiency?
